"These people are order-takers only. If you don't know precisely what you need, stock number and all, don't bother calling them. They got mad and hung up on me when I asked them for assistance. Then they refused to answer when I called back.
There are other surgical stocking companies that will help you fit stockings. They understand that that is customer service."
