GrantsNet is an Internet application tool created by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Office of Grants Management and Policy (OGMP) for finding and exchanging information about HHS and other Federal grant programs. GrantsNet serves the general public, the grantee community, and grant-makers (i.e. state and local governments, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and commercial businesses). GrantsNet provides a variety of Department-wide grants policies governing the award and administration of grant activities, publishing these in grants policy directives, regulations, and/or manuals.
