Yes I do because its a MUST when you are a diabetic and taking insulin. Usually I eat a cup of the Chex Trail Mix, that satisfies the appetite fairly well.

If I can't sleep, my brain insists that I must be hungry. So, I come down to the kitchen and fix a bowl of cold cereal. (comfort food)
