eMicrophones has an inexpensive (free to people with certified disabilities) WSRToolkit V2. This adds features like easily creating text and command macros and improving accuracy etc. See this at:

For a more mature software, although expensive, Dragon Naturally Speaking is somewhat more accurate and if you can use your hands, faster to make corrections.
