People with Disabilities Protest Budget Cuts

Serious budget cuts have caused several groups, including low income individuals and people with disabilities to protest, in Oakland. Around 100 people gathered in front of the state building, to voice their frustrations. Many of these cuts are affecting organizations that provide care and assistance for the special needs community.
