Metal VS Plastic

I wore metal braces for
many years , when the plastic braces first came out I did not want to switch
over . I am so glad I did now for many reasons. The best reason of all
is the weight , plastic braces are much lighter and much more
comfortable for they breath , be sure to wear a cotton sock so that you
don't stick to the plastic . Also you have a variety of wearing
different shoes and sneaker with a plastic brace . They are extremely
