How have you been? I've missed talking with you! I hope your family is doing well.. last I heard you had another lil one just enter this big ol' world.. Have a great weekend!
Likewise! I've been busier than ever here at Atlantic Southeast. (I love job security) I missed you and a lot of the regulars that are "over there" on that other site. I have 6 grandchildren, the youngest, Olivia Kate, now is about 16 months old. How goes it with you? Are you through with college? Who's that nice looking guy in the background of your avatar? The other person I'm missing is Kara. The last information I got was in Nov of 2009 that she was pregnant! If that's so, I hope she is all right and must be about ready to deliver. I don't get on often but occasionally I get onto chat here with Rainey and whoever else is online. I'm glad you're here!
I'm taking the summer off and then I have about a year left of school. I am SO ready to be done, lol. I'm still at my church daycare, until the end of July. Then we're closing
It's sad, but I'm accepting it because well, it's all I can do. The guy is my best friend that I'm.. "talking" to.. lol.. He's an amazing guy and we've known each other since we were about 3. If we do make it official it will be hard but worth it. Right now he's an over the road truck driver and his house is in Indiana. He is coming to visit for over a week next month, so I'm really excited!
Hey Jaybird: I could have sworn I met you at the Atlanta Disabilities Expo last November. If not I met your twin separated at birth!
Also, I have to commend you on being a Cormac McCarthy enthusiast. He is considered by many to be America's greatest living novelist. I've read the Border Trilogy, Blood Meridian, No Country for Old Men, and The Road. Reading him is sort of like looking at a bad traffic accident. You don't want to stare but you can't look away! Thanks for a great site; I get here when I can.
