LOL!! I guess you can identify with that and yes, it does get that ridiculous in the airline industry. By the way, I'm the cartoonist that created that. I draw them on that basic "Paint" program with a mouse. I call them "Lo-Tek-Artoons because they are pretty old-fashioned and basic.

Hi Nesser: Wow, that didn't take long! I'm more than pleased that you have found that first post-grad job. I hope you enjoy it like I enjoy mine. I'm one of those nut-cases that loves to come to work! Where are you working and at what?

Likewise!  I've been busier than ever here at Atlantic Southeast. (I love job security) I missed you and a lot of the regulars that are "over there" on that other site.  I have 6 grandchildren, the youngest, Olivia Kate, now is about 16 months old.  How goes it with you?  Are you through with college? Who's that nice looking guy in the background of your avatar? The other person I'm missing is Kara.  The last information I got was in Nov of 2009 that she was pregnant!  If that's so, I hope she is all right and must be about ready to deliver. I don't get on often but occasionally I get onto chat here with Rainey and whoever else is online.  I'm glad you're here!

I'm taking the summer off and then I have about a year left of school. I am SO ready to be done, lol. I'm still at my church daycare, until the end of July. Then we're closing Unhappy It's sad, but I'm accepting it because well, it's all I can do. The guy is my best friend that I'm.. "talking" to.. lol.. He's an amazing guy and we've known each other since we were about 3. If we do make it official it will be hard but worth it. Right now he's an over the road truck driver and his house is in Indiana. He is coming to visit for over a week next month, so I'm really excited!

Also, I have to commend you on being a Cormac McCarthy enthusiast.  He is considered by many to be America's greatest living novelist.  I've read the Border Trilogy, Blood Meridian, No Country for Old Men, and The Road.  Reading him is sort of like looking at a bad traffic accident.  You don't want to stare but you can't look away!  Thanks for a great site; I get here when I can.

Always great to hear from you, thanks for your kind words. So I have a twin in Atlanta, huh? He must be stunningly handsome! Yes, I am a huge fan of McCarthy. You have inspired me to start reading The Border Trilogy. I haven't gotten around to it yet, but I have read No Country for Old Men, the Road and Blood Meridian. I agree with your analogy about the traffic accident, you just can't stop yourself. Have a great weekend and thank you for all of your fantastic contributions to this site. Members like you keep DO fresh and interactive!
